How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your HUMMED account and associated personal data, follow these steps:

Send an Email Request

Send an email to info@hummelmed.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Include Your Account Details

In your email, include the name and email address associated with your HUMMED account so we can locate and verify your identity.

Receive Confirmation

We will confirm receipt of your request and delete your data within 45 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.

What Happens to Your Data

Data That Will Be Deleted

✓ Account registration details (name, email, password)
✓ Profile information (age, preferences)
✓ Usage data (features accessed, session duration, listening history, frequency preferences)
✓ Device information and log data
✓ Communications and support requests

Data That May Be Retained

• Payment and billing records (as required by financial regulations and tax law), retained for up to 7 years
• Records required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements
• Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be used to identify you

Retained data is kept only as long as legally required. Once the retention period expires, this data is also securely deleted.

⏰ Deletion Timeline: Your personal data will be deleted within 45 days of receiving your verified request. Payment and billing records required by law may be retained for up to 7 years. All retained data is securely stored and used only for the specific legal purpose requiring its retention.
